AgRP is a type of neurons that stimulates food intake.

• Inhibit metacortin
• Activate NPY
• Release GABA

Diet-induced obesity blunts AgRP response, and so, because AgRP plays a part in thermoregulation, diet-inducsed obesity responds less to temperature changes.
